Good News! All authors can join the CBEES for free right now, then you can register the conference as "CBEES Member"(450 USD). Please visit the following website for more information. (http://www.cbees.org/list-34-1.html)
* One regular registration can cover a paper within 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
** One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only one proceeding book.
*** For the authors who have difficulties paying US Dollars, such as Iran, please pay Euros.
**** If you would like to register the conference and publish your paper as the reviewer, please send email to icafb@cbees.net. (At least Ph.D holder above can apply)
***** Please pay in cash (USD) if you want to register onsite as Listener or Presentation Only. You need to send confirmation email to icafb@cbees.net before the registration deadline, or the presentation will not be included in the conference program

Cancellation
and Refund Policy
1. You are so welcomed to join the conference, but if you
cannot attend due to some reasons, please inform this to
icafb@cbees.net.
2. Due to force majeure, the organizer has the right to change the
conference time and venue. We will not bear the cost such as
airplane ticket, hotel accommodation, etc..
3. All refund applications need to follow the regulations below.
